Welcome to NexGenVoice Technologies LLC. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of NexGenVoice services, platforms, and products. By using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General Terms

1. These Terms apply to all users, clients, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners of NexGenVoice.
2. We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Client Responsibilities

1. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering or using our services.
2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and access.
3. You agree to use our services only for lawful and authorized purposes and to comply with applicable local, national, and international laws.

3. Employee & Contractor Conduct

1. Employees, contractors, and partners must maintain high standards of professionalism, integrity, respect, and courtesy at all times.
2. Harassment, abusive language, threats, or any unprofessional or unethical behavior towards clients, colleagues, or third parties is strictly prohibited.
3. All personnel must follow company policies, confidentiality requirements, and data protection rules.

4. Service Usage & Compliance

1. All users must comply with telecom, VoIP, data protection, privacy, and communications regulations in jurisdictions where services are used.
2. Misuse of services (including spam, fraud, unauthorized access, or other illegal activities) is prohibited and may result in termination and legal action.
3. Use of Caller ID, Direct Inward Dialing (DID), or Toll-Free Numbers (TFN) must comply with carrier rules and regulatory standards.

5. Caller ID / DID / TFN Compliance

If any Caller ID, DID, or TFN compliance issue arises, a penalty will be charged depending upon the carrier's determination. Clients are responsible for ensuring their numbers comply with applicable telecom regulations to avoid penalties or service suspension.

6. SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from NexGenVoice Technologies LLC for purposes including:

• One-time passcodes (OTP)
• Account verification
• Security alerts
• System/service notifications

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Consent

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase or use of services. We only send messages to users who have provided express consent and verified ownership of the mobile number.

7. Payment & Penalties

1. All invoices must be paid on time according to the agreed billing cycle.
2. Late payments may incur interest, additional fees, or suspension/termination of services.
3. Penalties may apply for regulatory non-compliance, misuse of services, or violation of these Terms. NexGenVoice may withhold, suspend, or deduct applicable penalties from your account or payments.

8. Behavior & Response Expectations

1. All communications—written, verbal, or otherwise—must be conducted with respect, professionalism, and courtesy.
2. Abusive, aggressive, discriminatory, or unethical communication is prohibited.
3. NexGenVoice reserves the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or terminate relationships for violations of behavioral standards.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexGenVoice shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services. Our aggregate liability (if any) is limited to the amount you have paid to NexGenVoice for the service in dispute during the last billing period.
